Located in a leafy suburb of the city the hotel provides guests with a fantastic base for exploring, with all of the best sights and restaurants just minutes away, and when they wish to relax there is an intimate pool to relax by and a seasonal menu on hand should you wish to eat by the pool or on your own private terrace. The hotel is just 5km from the V&A Waterfront, and 5km from Camps Bay and Clifton.
There is something incredibly soothing about Kensington Place and it’s the ideal spot for a city break. The hotel’s team are enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, always happy to provide you with a midnight sandwich and if you’re waking up after a night exploring the city you will find a helpful little hangover kit secreted in your bedside drawer. All the rooms are beautiful, each with a different feel but if you have the choice, opt for Room 1. It is on the corner of the hotel and has stunning views of both mountain and sea.
Stays at Kensington Place are on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Breakfast is served throughout the day so you can enjoy as much of a lie in as you wish. A seasonal menu is also on hand should you wish to dine by the pool or on your own private terrace.
