There are 117 rooms at the hotel, all of which are remarkably large for the city, with the smallest starting at 730 sq ft and growing in size to the Penthouses at 1,960 sq ft. The rooms are from level 38 upwards, all enjoy beautiful views of Victoria Harbour or the Hong Kong Island skyline, and are kitted out with the very latest technology.

Dining at The Upper House is particularly notable, with the restaurant Café Gray Deluxe drawing visitors from all over to sample the exquisite cuisine whilst enjoying stunning harbour views from the 49^th floor. On Level 6 The Lawn provides another welcoming spot, where guests can relax and enjoy a range of garden bites and picnic snacks along with their drinks.
