Inside the villa there are five bedrooms; the master double suite with dressing room and roof terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces, and two twin bedrooms interlinking with en-suite bathroom and terraces. The indoor living room connects to the dining room and has a comfortable seating area around an open fireplace. The room is equipped with an IPod docking station, TB and DVD player. There is also a library of films that guests can enjoy.
The villa has it’s own swimming pool set amongst sub-tropical gardens. There are also some wonderful outdoor seating areas, including a dining area with table and chairs, an outdoor lounge area, and a stunning panoramic roof terrace with various seating areas, perfect for sundowners and stargazing.
Dar Yasmina is the most luxurious villa in the exclusive Bab Adrar villa development. Guests therefore also have shared use of the development’s Clay Tennis Court, Hamman and Exercise Room.
The villa is located approximately 25 minutes from Marrakech. Within easy reach of the villa are several championship golf courses, all situated on the outskirts of Marrakech looking towards the Atlas Mountains and about a 35 minute drive away. With the foothills of the Atlas Mountains being just 7km away guests can also enjoy short walks along village or mountain paths, or even longer trekking over a day or two. Camel, horse and donkey trekking is also very popular. For motor enthusiasts Morocco has some incredible opportunities for quad and four-by-four driving on mountain tracks or across desert dunes. Guests can either hire a 4×4 or ask the concierge to organise a vehicle and guide. There is also fishing within a short drive of the villa. This can be done in the mountain lakes which contain black bass, barbell, perch and trout. Finally if guests want to go to the beach then there are several beachs about 2.5 hours drive away, which make a fabulous day trip. One of the most popular is Ouilidia which is a world heritage site famous for its lagoon and Oyster farms.
Everything at Dar Yasmina is designed to make life as relaxing as possible for you. The villa comes in immaculate condition with a maid who cleans and makes beds every day. Breakfast is included and the expert cook creates the most wonderful international cuisine. If lunch or dinner is required all of your shopping and catering needs are also fulfilled and a two-course lunch is £12 per head and the 3-course dinner is £18 per head. Children aged 12 and under receive 50% off and under 2’s eat for free. There is also an extensive wine cellar that guests can select wine from at an additional charge.
The minimum stay is usually 3 nights except over Christmas, New Year and Easter when it is 5 nights. There is no fixed changeover day.
The swimming pool is 12m x 5m and 1m-1.5m deep with built in steps. Pool heating is available for an additional cost. The clay tennis court is shared with other villas on the estate and the concierge service can organise mountain bike hire, cars and drivers, horses and also book golf for guests. The nearest beach is at Essaouira.
The villas fully staffed and not suitable for self-catering. The cook and villa staff prepare all meals. Breakfast is included and all other meals are paid for locally: Lunch £12 per person for 2 courses and dinner £18 per person for 3 courses. There is a 50% reduction for children under 10 and children under 2 are free of charge. Water, soft drinks and wines are all available and also payable locally.
In villa spa treatments can be arranged and personal laundry and dry cleaning are available at an additional charge.
