Xanadu Villas & Retreat is made up of six beautifully unique and individually designed villas, each architecturally stunning, surrounding a central pool and dining area within lush and plentiful gardens whose foliage provides ample privacy for each villa.

Xanadu's Villas can be rented individually, or the entire retreat can be taken on an exclusive use basis for up to 18 guests. 3 of the villas sleep two people, whilst the other three each have two bedrooms and sleep four people. The villas are spaced out and granted plenty of privacy so whether your neighbours are a quiet couple or a family with their children, each villa is still ensured all the peace and quiet you could wish for. 

Every villa has it's own plunge pool, as well as private butler service, an outdoor shower, en-suite bathroom, lounge and kitchen with grudge, beach access and WiFi. The individual design of the villas means that there are certain favourites for couples, families or friends travelling together ensuring that whatever you are looking for, there is a villa perfect for you. 

There is also the Kiota Spa which invites guests to relax and be pampered, with massages, manicures, pedicures and a range of other treatments available in-room or at the beach-side spa.
