This beautiful property has been transformed, heart and soul, by the Pariente family who took it over in 2017, working with an incredible team to create the haven that it is today.
Charles Zana and François Vieillecroze are applauded for their architecture, landscaper Jean Mus for the gardens and BeefBar's Riccardo Giraudi for the restaurant. Today the hotel has the feel of a private home, with bucket loads of character and a real sense of old world charm.
There are 34 light and spacious rooms and suites, some with their own private gardens and outdoor lounges, set across 3 Provençal homes.The smallest room is still a spacious 25sqm whilst the largest reaches a vast 80sqm. Whether dining in the restauarnts, enjoying drinks on the terrace, relaxing in the spa or dipping into the large swimming pool, guests have everything they could wish for here within these secret, scented gardens just a short distance from the bustle of town.
