The hotels guest rooms, villas, beachfront bungalows and residences are set in privacy amongst vibrant gardens and towering trees. Each offers spectacular ocean or mountain views and are elegantly designed in a plantation style. Every room has a private plunge pool and some cottages have a separate living room, making them an ideal option for families. Decor is classical with luxury linen and amenities, claw foot baths, walk in showers and modern touches. Most rooms are set on the hillside looking out to the ocean but some are right by the beach itself.

Set on the site of an 18th Century sugar plantation, Sugar Beach is set in one of the most spectacular locations in the world. 18 acres of pristine rainforest line the beautiful white sand beach, nestled in the embrace of the UNESCO World Heritage listed mighty Pitons.
The resort is located on the south western part of St Lucia about 3 miles outside the town of Soufriere. Soufriere is a historic town with the island’s main natural attractions; the drive-in volcano, botanical gardens and waterfalls in close proximity. It is a 45 minute drive from Hewannorra International Airport (UVF) and one hour and 20 minutes from George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU).
Location, location, location. Any hotel in this spot could afford to rest on its laurels slightly and rely on the spectacular setting to amaze guests. Fortunately though Sugar Beach doesn't do this at all. Service is impeccable, the spa is extraordinary and the rooms are beautiful. Not many resorts can boast as many excellent plus points as this one.
